The New American Dream Center is the front door to TNADF’s community support services, providing multilingual guidance and casework to immigrants, their families, and their descendants across generations.
Our team listens to each person’s needs, helps organize documents and complete applications, explains available resources, coordinates with trusted partners, and follows up when additional support is needed. Services are available by appointment in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Who We Serve
The New American Dream Center serves immigrants and their families across generations, including newcomers, longtime residents, naturalized citizens, and the U.S.-born children and descendants of immigrants.
A person does not have to be foreign-born to ask for help. We recognize that the immigrant experience can continue to shape families across generations, and we welcome anyone with immigrant roots who needs guidance, support, or connection to community resources.
Since opening in 2023, the Center has assisted people from 37 countries across five continents, with Spanish and Portuguese among the most commonly spoken languages.
The Newcomers Program
The Newcomers Program helps immigrants and their families build stability and confidently navigate life in their new community. Through one-on-one support, we help clients understand documents, complete applications, access healthcare and benefits, pursue employment and education, prepare for emergencies, and connect with trusted community resources.
Community navigation and casework services are provided free of charge.

The New Americans Program
The New Americans Program supports eligible immigrants on their path to U.S. citizenship. We provide citizenship eligibility screenings, technology assistance, individualized tutoring, and preparation for the naturalization interview and civics test.
For qualifying low-income applicants, TNADF may provide grants to help cover USCIS filing fees. Through Celia’s Closet, citizenship applicants can also receive professional attire for their naturalization interviews at no cost.
